“I appreciate you more because of the road I’ve traveled. My story brought me to you and I wouldn’t revise a word of my past if it led me anywhere but to your door.”

Aaron Polson

Ann Leib

I am forever grateful to Ms. Ann Lieb for motivating me to bring CAfED from a passionate conversation into reality. Her goal was to make me see all the possibilities. I am amazed how Ann was able to build a bridge that helped me cross over into this chapter in my life. She listened, pulled out what was trapped within and patiently held a mirror so that I can reflect and understand my purpose. Her light will forever shine bright while I am walking into this new journey.

Jack Brown : Lawyer

Thank you Jack for listening, giving solid advice and constantly shepherding CAfED with all your heart. This would have been very difficult if it was not for your generous input.

I could not have done it without you Gina. You came in and helped put all the scattered pieces together.

Karen Trezona :

Web Designer

I truly believe that any vision one may carry in their heart is never completed unless it is presented in a way where everyone around you can also see it. What was impossible for me to create, Karen Trezona accomplished in only a few months.

Karen is an artist born and raised in Australia. She resided in a region surrounded by the Aboriginal People. After our first meeting, she immediately made a connection with a deep sense of understanding to artists in the Black and Brown communities being overlooked.

Karen executed my vision on an electronic canvas beautifully. It represents everything I am and love. Her encouraging the use of the artist's artwork on the web in order to convey my story was brilliant. I am so honored that she has become a permanent family member of CAfED.

Heather Lawrence

Momentum Education

Thank you to the amazing instructors and staff from the Momentum Education Program for teaching us ways to improve our lives. These tools liberated my way of thinking in all aspects of my life. Much love to my intense LT-181 team and counselors for allowing yourselves to be understanding, compassionate, vulnerable and transparent throughout our leadership training. My spiritual breakthrough would have not been possible if Heather was not present facilitating 24 months of intense sessions. She was always diplomatically persistent, and fed us with soul searching questions. Heather was a driving force as we confronted our traumas. She was never without encouraging words, constantly presenting us with physical challenges so that we can learn how not to surrender. Heather masterfully taught us the power of listening and how to recognize the time to use our voices. Through her coaching we transformed our language of doubt into a language of confidence. She never ceased reminding us always to live our lives thinking out of the box with no limitations. Heather Loile Lawrence has taught me how to give myself permission to proclaim that I am an authentic, connected and responsible leader.    www.Heatherloilelawrence.com

El Barrio's Art Space PS109

Thank you to Rolinda Ramos for welcoming my vision back to a place that was once my home surrounded by the community where many of our artists were born and still live. Gracias for inviting us to your beautiful space, not once but twice.

It feels good to be back home .
