The unconditional love I have for the Isla del Encanto (Puerto Rico) pride is the motor that drives my love and passion on all the art I create.

My love for our food comes from when I was very young helping out my mother (Elsie Soto Deliz), oh, the smell of sofrito!!! The house smelled so amazing. My favorite dish is Ensalda de Bacalao (Cod Fish Salad) delicious !!!

For The Love Of Food

My Pina Colada is a must as soon as I land in Puerto Rico also a fresh cold coconut water OMG that's heaven to me.

Our food is a very strong part of our family, recipes are pass down from generation to generation that is why I will be writing a Cook Book based on our favorite dishes from my family and some new dishes, not to just to write book but to pass on our tradition through food to our future generation like my mom did with me.
